The most important CCP find the way to call back old and new players also to EVE again. Doubling the monthly omega is opposite step in this issue firts of all.
Base of every activity in EVE is PvE, harvesting, manufacturing, trading, so first of all give a boost for these. These will create every other things which bring the content into the game, more krabbers, more goods to explode, more PvP.
Rethink and redistribute all(!) base materials which support this aim. Breath life to PvE and it will grow every other parts of the game. But first of all EVE needs more players than now or it will agonize and die slowly.
imagine taking that thing down, in Perimeter.
If you can find suggestions to put to CCP to make that even possible, I’d send you flowers, chocolates, booze, tobacco, cat ears and cowboy hats, whatever you fancy, lol
On the other hand, live and let live is also not a bad rule to live by.
That’s how we all happily grind to our next 15 titans, who needs pewpew and competition in EVE if we can all just be happy and friendly. Lets just all grind, it’s just so much more fun. PVPers really are just nasty people dontyouknow, why are they even allowed in this game man.
I do, in the sense that it’s not healthy game play to oppose other people’s creativeness in finding novel solutions for the power game, simply because they’re “smarter”. If that takes the shape of a TTT, or renting out space, well, good for them. And up to us and others to find an equally clever counter to their approach or at least shake things up once in a while. That, for me, is the heart of sov gameplay, which extends even into hisec.
Why would I go against him ? I could give my perspective on some of his points. In fact he did ask for feedback, and I may choose to give it in a more constructive environment than this one, without the risk of distraction and manipulation and mud flinging from sideliners. Not everything needs to be communicated and discussed on the forums, thankfully.
Uh huh. Cept people in null are still making money hand over fist LOL.
They can run abyssals in absolute perfect safety
used to be a major hub in each sector, but we live in shallower times now
Also Amarr is just trash in general so
Don’t bother tagging him. He ain’t coming back. He never wanted to actually engage with other players. Just use null’s influence to grab CCP’s attention, which they did.
Its def risk free in null cept for the actual abyss. Goons are destroying abyssals and generating huge income in the blue donut.
Don’t fall for the ploy that people are broke and starving in null. Far from the truth.
There is one thing I see in common with you high sec larpers, besides all loving female avatars, you do come out with some ridiculous conspiracy theories.
Can you please explain why you think null sec ecosystem changes would be to the detriment of high sec? I’d wager that would make for more compelling feedback than being petulant all the time.
Which party of the “conspiracy theory” do you claim to be untrue, the one where Reddit is full of null bears all piling onto each other or the one where Brisc told his people to vote&reply, just like it happened in this thread (albeit probably not done by Brisc).
And the threat’s title is “an honest letter”, well he honestly showed everybody he just wants ISK and he doesn’t want to undock or interact with people from the other regions, he wants to shut his feud and wait for the black plague to pass… well, everybody who does that should starve
Trading, interacting, hauling, contracting, doing business and partnerships… all those are content and content emerging and brings interactions
People come to EVE for the game but stay for the interactions with the community
And now they came in mass to highsec to farm the incursion too!
Recently a null sec fleet came to it and they went to kill the mothership early, preventing everybody to run their sites… what happened to them?
Well, a bunch of stabbers took gate to their site and bumped people and the mothership away and they started losing ships, zkillboard got a stack of lines from their fleet and i strongly doubt they can pay that SRP, it was glorious… they failed, had to flee from the site leaving all their loot behind, they couldnt do it
Their leader, hinzee Jsons, came from null sec a couple weeks ago and he thinks he is a big FC out of thin air… he came from null sec after all, they are all the most competent and knowleagable in the game according to themselves
Yes!
I do blame the null sec leaders for trashing EVE non stop and trashing CCP too, I do blame Brisc for that too obviously
Recently I was playing EVE and a buddy of mine who doesnt play EVE asked me if EVE was a good game, so I said its a great game! Then he said:
-But I saw on Reddit people just talking smack about it
I had to explain him that Reddit is toxic and its full of null sec miners who were farming gold indefinitely and that got a nerf
That’s how I made him understand, he kind got the idea
Have you read this thread? I don’t know what to say if you consider it less toxic than Reddit. The number of people here are not here to discuss or debate, but are here to insult, talk down, and are absolutely unwilling to change their minds no matter what information is shared with them. Those people don’t live and haven’t lived in nullsec or in any alliance, yet they believe they know better than those who have been in nullsec for most of the game’s history. Those same people hide behind unaffiliated alts with no corp or kill history. The idea that Reddit is any worse than what we see on this forum is astounding to me.
Dark Shines owns a Molok that the rest of his alliance got together to get him, in secret, to show him how much we appreciate him. He does not need isk. He is the head of The Initiative. If he needed isk all he would need to do was ask members. He has dealt with trillions of isk during his time as alliance leader. I can assure you, his motives are not about personal gain. His motives are about getting people into space, making nullsec lucrative again so people venture out more. So that space becomes of value and as such, worth fighting over.
I’ve known him for many years, and suggesting that he is trying to weasel his way to isk is utterly wrong. If he wanted isk, he could make trillions within a few days without much effort. He doesn’t want that.
Also, if you have ever watched alliance leaders streams, everyday they trash CCP and mineral changes and trash EVE and blame CCP then they trash EVE
That’s the toxicity I am talking about, now Reddit is EVE’s showcase and they are unfairly destroying EVE’s reputation over there in front of the entire world
