Some people donât like open world games without clear goals, or PvP. My girlfriend for example. I play a lot of games with her and tried introducing her to EVE, but this game is just not for everyone.

Pirates should have access to all the essential services necessary to be pirates because player antagonists are supposed to exist in Eve in all areas of space by design.
You donât like the rules of the game as they currently stand and you want new ones. If disliking the rules of the game you play isnât a sign you should be playing a different game, then what would be?
This game is for those who want to play. Who are you to decide if someone can or cannot play a game?

Not every game is suited for everyone. Twitch shooters are nothing for me, even though I sometimes play them. Does that mean I demand changes to those games to make people only fight me in honorable fights where I get at least 1 second to aim for their head before they kill me? Do I call them âdegeneratesâ when they throw grenades around corners at me while I refuse to use grenades?
No, Iâd be silly to do so. Instead I go find games that I enjoy playing.

I enjoy playing EVE and no pirate will make me leave it.
Iâm no pirate. I merely support the existence of their playstyle in this game as I believe it is supposed to be part of this game. Also I think youâre overreacting.

Alts make this kind of pointless. Trivial to work around to the point that it is useless.
Gankers already use alts for hauling, industry, etc (and probably market transactions also where necessary).
Thatâs why I donât think Alts should be allowed.

I donât think CCP will ever entertain that limitation (and couldnât anyway even if they tried), which kind of renders any suggestion that relies on single account limit, pretty moot.

Youâre right. But they could if they wanted to. Only, it would cut into CCP revenue stream so thatâs basically out of the question.
Also how would you cut up the alts I have on my accounts? Every account has 3 characters, am I to choose one and biomass the rest?
Maybe, although i think itâs just that it isnât possible in any practical way. Thereâs just no way they could achieve it, regardless of any impact on revenue.
You wouldnât have to do anything if CCP made it so.
