I can confirm that they can drop factional ammos. So any chance of factional module drop?
I got a couple of 150mm Shadow Serpentis Railguns off Gallente EDENCOM wrecks. Not much, but I guess they count as factional modules.
Yeah, they surely count. And it is really interesting that Gallenteans are dropping Serpentis modules.

Recent in-character news stated that Serpentis is aiding the Gallente in repelling the Triglavians in various ways, such as supplies and evac. Not as gratuitous as the deluge of Angel Cartel munitions recovered from Minmatar wrecks, but just as shady nonetheless.
