April 2019 Release - General Feedback

The reductions are needed because the volumes of materials being mined is causing the economy to inflate too quickly. It also makes the construction of capital ships too easy. Combine this with capitals being too good against sub-caps also throws out combat balance.

For the game to be enjoyable as wide a range of ships need to be viable so that different tactics can be used, and to ensure that EVE isn’t just Capital ships online. EVE shouldn’t really have an “endgame” in the traditional sense. The Capital imbalance was starting to create a Capitals are endgame ships situation - something that needs to be reigned in.

Not a happy camper. Very dissatisfactory patch where the small corps are affected alot while the big corps, where the nerf was meant to hit home, kind of just shrugs it off and can move along as usual.

Love the picture of “Atmosphere in Space”

/facepalm

Edurus AdSanandum is correct.

I just had to buy two new mining alts and no change here as far as volume… All this is going to do is assist in larger groups choking the finances out of their enemies.

High Angle Weapons

Damage multiplier reduced by half for all Quad Mega Pulse Lasers, Triple Neutron Blaster Cannons, and Quad 800mm Repeating Cannons
Rate of fire reduced by half for all Rapid Torpedo Launchers

Siege Module I and II

Now doubles damage bonus to all Quad Mega Pulse Lasers, Triple Neutron Blaster Cannons, and Quad 800mm Repeating Cannons while active
Now doubles rate of fire for all Rapid Torpedo Launchers

Better to less tracking on turrets and rate of fire on missiles while not sieged.
(Turrets track slower while they are inside the dread, and as u siege up turrets go outwards, and has better space for movement.)

Logged out in space and am unable to log back in I just sit on the loading screen with the white circle spinning.

Working now.

I DC’ed right before DT, and wasn’t able to log back in before my corp mates said my ship was removed from space, I have NO timers at all, just hacking some sites, and it took almost 15 min. Not able to launch account from the launcher.

They aimed for the big guys and wildly missed, now smaller corps will struggle to catch up to what the larger crops have already been able to accomplish. Terrible Plan!

Did you guys decide to let my corpmates rep me while I have an LE or do I no longer get to play with my friends?

There used to be a ship in here.

Keep looking!

Considering that Rorqs still are the better choice for mining if you have a super cap umbrella and still mine the same amount as someone with 3 accounts active, your argument falls flat.

What should have been done is give Rorqs their initial mining yield back and limit them to 1 within 1000 km around any asteroid. That would return the ship to what it is actually intended to be (the best mining booster available with defensive capabilities for your fleet and some mining capabilities to make it worthwhile). This would have actually reduced mineral influx significantly and increased potential for more destruction a lot more than this useless reduction of mining yield while leaving all the actual issues with the ship as is.

This should be the norm, not this

Still bright inside a nag, you can reach the light :slight_smile::heart:

Low res settings in stations looks really bad. Like 2004 bad. This needs more work.

There were no further changes made to the announced plans, the increased penalty for neutral targeted assistance will also apply to limited engagements (such as those caused by duels).

What use-case did you have exactly for your corp-mates rep you while you have a limited engagement with another pilot?

Well the fact that it completely removes the ability for a suspect to escalate an engagement. I’m still at the mercy of the entire game but now my fleet cannot intervene. You guys basically removed an entire community with this change.

That is correct, when a wronged party engages against a suspect they can now do it safe in the knowledge that the suspect cannot receive outside support and that they are not increasing their vulnerability to further aggression. This is entirely intended and we have every faith that pilots will be able to adapt to this new, more balanced world.

I mean, there just wont be any more suspect baiting then… If you want clarification on why you can read State of EVE? here. “More balance”? “Adapt”? You mean suicide ganking? That’s what it’s turning into… such GREAT content too /sarcasm

Is there any changes to Haven waves? Like reduced/increased numbers of waves to coincide with the end of cycle for Networked Sensor Array?

Love the new hangar, and the patch in general. Keep up the good work, oh and fix minmatar cruisers/medium autocannons

Iam was learning my skill’s for control mothership 3 f**** years. 3 FN YEARS! And what did i had mow? I cant use warp drive when network sensor array is active. CCP what a F**** are you thinking about??? Do you fn know what is dread bomb? For DELVE region maybe it is ok, but how about another region’s???
Do you have any idea what you’ve done?
For other innovations, you can not even look at, they are useless.
