Unless you like to post independent thoughts on social media. Then they freeze your acct and you are SOL on getting it unfrozen in less than a decade.
There are other options.

I heard about problems with linking accs not made by steam,and then ruined them by doing exactly that…bad service or not redeemed investments.
And for security reasons,Paypal blocked in my country international transactions in the local banks…
