Do you need any specific skills trained to place an Athanar with an Upwell core and moon drill?
Just for correctness’ sake, it is called: Athanor.

To just place the structure you don’t need any skills, however you do need to be in a Player Corporation and have the appropriate roles as well in order to place them.
These roles are Station Manager, Director or the CEO.
