My second account was banished yesterday by GM_Kaora.
In this message i read : Account Security Compromised
So first i send a ticket ( waiting for answer ) and i change my password.
but nothing happens…
How i can solve this problem ? and who should I contact ?

It seems that ccp thinks that your acount was hacked, so they banned it to protect you from the hacker. This is fairly common practise and from what I have heard, clearing it can take anything from 1-3 weeks. I suggest that you update your email (and owerall)security as that got most likely hacked as well.
