Banned for being called a slur, support ignores me

Some dude I killed like 3-4 weeks ago in Faction Warfare has been harassing me and throwing temper tantrums, finding me in system and going wild in the chat, often having complete meltdowns. Today he caught me off guard and killed me – good for him I guess. He really started going crazy in the chat, most memorably something like “EVERY AMERICAN IS A R*****”. I then responded with “well have fun being chinese then” (hes from a prominent Chinese alliance) and leave system, thinking that this is the end of it. I then see him in every help channel linking my name saying I’m a racist, that I’m calling him racial slurs, etc.

About five minutes later I’m banned. Three days. I open up my email, and it says blahblah banned for "offensive language, specifically “have fun being chinese”. Now, how is this at all offensive? I was deflecting him calling me and every American r*******.

I try to open a support ticket, this was about five hours ago now, no response?? Seriously?? So FRAT is now allowed to multibox bot, RMT, they’re basically encouraged to awox in FW space, and now they can go around calling whoever they want slurs and then getting them banned if they type back the name of nationality? This is absolutely insane. How does a ban go into affect after FIVE MINUTES with no human taking a look at it, but the appeals process takes (from what I’ve seen online) up to weeks or months at a time?! Shouldn’t you ban somebody AFTER a human looks at the case, and not before? And now support is completely stonewalling me; I pointed out that I was called re****** and all I got was an AI written “We’re gonna investigate whether or not we should ban that person, thanks for the heads up!” I don’t want him banned! I don’t care if he’s banned! I want to play the game I paid for!

Lol the ban is only three days. If I get a response back after I’m unbanned I’ll really be astounded that I found a new low for this company

Replace “Chinese” with literally anything else and you’ll see the problem.

“Have fun being black”
“Have fun being homeless”
“Have fun being diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer”

So yes, it’s the same thing…

Telling someone to “have fun being black” is literally, technically a positive wish of wellness. It’s like saying “blacks are royalty” it’s a POSITIVE statement. It’s not the same as verbally attacking someone’s country. You people have been lobotomized.

People who does this are experts in dodging the system and using the system as a weapon against everybody else, in their heads the system is there just to serve them against others

You can’t imagine the things I’ve been called in-game by Frats just for pushing them out of sites I am supposed to defend in first place, they just warp off their Algos everytime and then start screeching in local
