It looks like a steampunk cross-over of captain Nemos submarine and a catamaran zeppelin. The first ship I would 3D print if I had the opportunity…

And one more thought: If you plan to do belt ratting with a drone boat in lowsec, and you need to run from PvP, then you may need to leave your drones behind in order to safe your ship. So maybe don’t bring the expensive drones right away.
