Good evening, pilots!
I realized after reviewing some notes today that we’ve passed the fourth anniversary since that first fateful penetration of Redoubt Hive, and the discovery of Hilen Tukoss’s corpse. What had originally been simply referred to as ‘the expeditionary group,’ and then later the Consortium, and then finally ARC, has evolved over the years through the combined efforts of hundreds of pilots from all walks of life, of differing political views, objectives, and motivations.
While the work obviously continues, and we may yet have dark days ahead of us, I’d like to make some small, belated note of how appreciative I am of the many pilots who’ve contributed time, energy, and knowledge in this venture.
I’ll be asking some of those who are currently active to share some of their favorite memories over the years.
