I was wondering what type of ships can carry out the Besieged Covert Research Facility in low sec and if you have a fit for it? Preferably under 600m if possible.

You will need:
- a long range Battleship equipped with a Micro Jump Drive, or
- a ship that can sustain fire from up to five powerful Battleships, such as a Tech III Cruiser

Step 1: Grab Ishtar.
Step 2: Warp to 30km (to trigger spawns)
Step 3: Burn out to 100km.
Step 4: Drop Wardens and psuedo-AFK.

Cruisers can’t hit past 63km, battleships do 90 kinetic DPS (missile) to 235km, 900k battleships do 83 omni DPS out to 117km. As long as you never let them get close the most amount of incoming damage you will have to tank for an extended period of time is ~450. Most of the time it will be less than that. Prioritize the unbountied battleships first as they are significantly squishier than the bountied version.
Bonus is that you are often so far away from the warp in you can’t be ganked without being probed or you eating glue.
Something like this should work. Comes in at just shy of 350m, is cap stable with my implants but otherwise just pulse the second repper as needed. Probably don’t even need the Energized Membrane and could add a 3rd DDA.
