When I heard about the autocannon tanky Punisher I was like, “Wuh?” But I took one to FW space to try some PVP frigate stuff. A Condor came in and kited me quite successfully. That is, except he couldn’t break my little active armor rep. I couldn’t get him, but he ran out of missiles. A good time was had by all.

is cheap throwaway junk that can be used to turn most soloe pvp-ers into suspects and holding them for long enough for reinforcements to warp in, as most solo fits will fail to break the 500ehp/s-ish passive shield repair. Most PVP fits can outrun the bait wreath though, as the subwarp movement speed is nonexistent, and people are suspicious about t1 hauler junk, because it’s just too easy to fit tons of passive tank on them, so just use a mining ship and pretend to be a drone afk miner:
