when i run anomalies sometimes i m finding big items like bunkers, dedris, ships in maintanance, lookout towers and other. i m usually destroying everything but i dont think i m gaining something. is it worth to destroy that stuff or is there another way to interact with them to earn something?

I am 99% sure, but not an expert, that the only time those kinds of things MIGHT have loot is if it is a mission generated site.
IIRC Eve-survival covers anomalies as well as missions; it may list if structures in anoms contain loot like it does for missions.
with what tool i can hack?
