Billing Issue

My account is on autopay via PayPal for the last few years, all of a sudden on 4/13/18 my account says “Your Omega subscription expired on 13 April 2018”, when I go into transactions I show a “Paid” status on the 4/13/18 and my bank confirms that this has been withdrawn from my account.

I logged a ticket in the Support area on 4/13/18 and then sent an email on 4/14/18 and still have not received a reply regarding this issue. What is my next step as I am unable to play since my account has over 100 mil SP and everything I do is in ships that are for Omega subscription? Also, what is going to happen with all of my lost training time?
