Paid Sub but still Alpha

Good day,
I had my sub renew for a 3 months period, but have since fallen back to Alpha state. I have opened a support ticket with no answer. The payment for 3 months shows in my transaction list in the account portal, so not sure what the issue is. This is soon to be 2 days of no Omega access. Anyone able to provide insights and how to contact the account division quicker?
