Ticket open more than 24 hours with resetted counter

Hello guys.
Strange things are happening on eve lately :smiley:
Chat unavailable
Support ticket opened for more than 24 hours than magically appears as 3 or 4 minutes old even without an answer
Account fully paid but still in alpha status…
How many of you are experiesing those great user experience?

Well, you’re not alone on the chat issues, and they’re likely to persist. Hopefully, they’ll get your account status sorted ASAP though.

Well, te me seems thay don’t give a f*ck to customers…
Now I have 2 account in alpha, both of them with 3 months subscription…

I’m on alpha and they resolved my problem with logging ( “An error occured”) in an HOUR. So now everything’s working fine.
