What happend with many standart books ( Light Drone Operation, Shield Operation and many many more) with NPC stations? They are no longer sold.

All available in Lowsec NPC stations. Did you mean just Highsec?
They should still be available… If not then there’s definitely a big bug happening…

I checked some of my alts in newbie systems and those skills are still available… If it was a game bug, I think more players would be posting about it.
Probably an issue with your market settings, definitely should check that first…
Afterwards if still an issue, clear all cache files in Esc menu, reset settings submenu…
Lastly can go into Launcher settings and verify all downloaded files…

It look like it is not in all region, the Forge is concerned, but if you check around other region you can find them.
