Whats needed isnt a value nerf but an isk production rate nerf. This can be facilitated through tags and CCPs idea of meta module building loot being added to wrecks instead of raw isk.
For incursions changing isk payouts to more LP payouts would work as well.
You are not getting the described income in those ships.
Look at the MER. Incursion income is insignificant.

Bounty system extending to Null was the worst decision ever financially for CONCORD.
Agreed we should make a DOWN WITH BOUNTIES thread 
really don’t like the idea of paying 200mil for a taranis hull in 2 year’s time and all our saving’s means nothing anymore.
Would be cool if ded’s dropped bpc’s of deadspace module’s instead of the full module and all wreck’s contained the part’s for those as well instead of just 2-4 meta modules.
