Can you put in the launcher a link to the forum ?
Is there a way to hide this kind of info bubbles (skills and items) ?
If not can you do something about that ?

General settings → tooltips delay.
Don’t remove but in most normal cases you won’t see them if you gonna set them to longest delay.
