Please tell me the skill training tooltips in inventory can be turned off, i literally got fed up with em to the point that i took the time to research how, but i can’t find the option.

They drive me crazy but I too haven’t found a way to turn them off. I don’t want unnecessary pop-ups.

if you use the settings user interface tooltips delay slider to the far right?
Then all tooltips are delayed, including the useful ones.
It’s a workaround I have tried, but far from ideal.
