The skill tooltip with buttons gets in the way constantly when moving ships or items around hangars. It’s really, really annoying. The only workaround is to set the tooltip delay to maximum, but that effects every tooltip in game and also every character on the account.
PLEASE make it possible to turn this feature off.

Yes, I’m aware my hauling pilot who is carrying all these items cannot use them, I have other characters to use those items.
The only thing I can add to that is, perhaps, one more ‘really’… Let’s hope CCP gets the message!
I remember the ToolTip dfisable option came out 11 years ago. I would love an option for this as it always seems tyo get in the way or unable to scroll until you move the pointer out of the way.
The only way to truely get CCP to pay attention and consider performing a change top this is make the thread into a threadnaught.
