CODE is short for “New Halaima Code of Conduct” and it unequivocally states on the CODE web page that CODE applies to EVERYONE. So EVERYONE is part of CODE as part of the definition of what CODE is. James315 would cry tears of shame at your lack of understanding. Are you saying that CODE does NOT apply to anyone who doesn’t belong to a specific in-game alliance? So only members of that alliance have to buy mining permits? Only members of that alliance have to follow the Code of Conduct? Because if you are saying that, then you obviously have no understanding of what CODE is.

As I do not partake of any mining, it would seem rather silly to purchase a mining permit. But in any case, in order to show the full spirit of CODE I would be HAPPY to subtract 10 million isk from the one billion isk you owe me as part of your weekly miner mining permit. Though oh dear, you are somewhat in arrears on that one. Praise be to James315!

Priscilla, it doesn’t matter whether or not you are currently mining, or even own a single spaceship. You are posting on the forums, and therefore require a mining permit. These forums are reserved for taxpayers.

I believe Priscilla has fallen into the heresy of believing that mining permits cannot be revoked. This is of course a terrible misunderstanding of the glorious word of our savior, but not everyone can be saved.

James315 be praised, I think you are confusing me with someone else, as I never said anything about whether permits were revokable. Truly, the question is academic, as a mining permit only allows you to do allowable activities - if you violate CODE, you are subject to destruction, regardless of whether you have a permit.
I guess that also means that every ag who fails daily, constantly at every possible opportunity, always also fail equally hard constantly away from the game.
No wonder they are always mad.

It’s funny how you claim to know all about the Code but get so much fundamentals wrong.
The Code or “The New Halaima Code of Conduct” is a document which is the law of highsec every citizen of highsec is subject to. A person enforcing the Code is an “Agent of the New Order” . CODE. is an alliance of players and you are only part of CODE, if you are in that alliance.
