Unknown. I haven’t had the time or inclination to interview each resident of those stations. But my response was directed at the sweeping generalization you made about the Caldari, not just those with the misfortune of finding themselves under her command.
As of now a number of baseline personnel recovered from the wreckage of the Templis Strategic Division flagged Azbel are in GMVA custody and are being interrogated to determine the extent of their involvement in Templis Dragonaur sponsored terrorism. I suspect that you are right, and that most of them are good people. Good people like those who went along with the genocidal regimes of Tibus Heth’s Provists and Luc Duvalier’s UltraNationalists. Good people who nonetheless have a share of the responsibility for terrible things done in their name.
They will be treated as such, but they will be treated humanely and with dignity while in GMVA custody. After our investigation is complete, I am willing to turn them over to an appropriate State-aligned capsuleer organization to be repatriated to their families. Or, as the case may be, for prosecution by relevant corporate authorities if they do have links to Templis Dragonaur terrorist attacks in Caldari State territory.
I am troubled to note that a number of Templis CALSF capsuleers were observed engaged in last minute evac operations of the hostile Engineering Complex, in addition to numerous other escape pods and baseline shuttles which scattered after the station’s destruction. GMVA security section analysis indicates that potentially hundreds of Templis Dragonaur infiltrators may be attempting to insert themselves into other orbital and planetside communities. Local authorities would do well to maintain a high degree of vigilance in screening incoming “refugees,” and extreme caution when dealing with any suspected Dragonaur operatives.
I can confirm from my planetside corporate contacts on Ikoskio V that several arrests have already been made planetside by local corporate security in regard to said ‘refugees’ under suspicion of Templis Dragonaur affiliation.

72nd Wing issues mandatory military service to displaced Caldari citizens of boarder system. While Caldari forces rebound from their defeats it will be essential to maintain order and security planet side and start rebuilding from what was destroyed in the retreat. Our critical needs are medical, construction, research, and security focused jobs.
