You have literally ignored possibly the most salient point brought up about your suggestion, and rather than actually have an answer, you are attacking those who asked.

I think its the case that you dont know, because this isnt some well thought out idea, this is just you splurging a thought based on an emotive reaction to the topic.
I think it is also the case that when someone asked you to fill in the obviously abusable gaps in the idea, you took it as a personal attack because you realised there were big holes.
This is why you wont answer a question that literally everyone would ask about your idea if it was in practise.
