I dont need to. All the tools to deal with Bots eating ice already exist.

Reporting. Whether you believe it works or not is irrelevant. If we are talking about perceptions of a problem, then everything Ive seen (several ice belts over time all in High Sec) the problem is a lot less than it was.

In game solutions. Bump 'em, blast 'em or undermine them, these things exist already. And are not the only things.
I dont see an increased problem, so I have no need to suggest a solution that doesnt already exist. Or one that basically would cripple Ice Production, like yours.

Reporting is not solving the problem at all, its like aspirine for cancer.
In game solutions like bumping or ganking are not effective. But feel free to check it yourself. 
Report how many bots have left game because of your bumping or ganking.
About cripling, its not that it will, because the required amount can always be balanced together with people seeing oportunity to earn more.
How would you stop people exploding the ice you are mining?

The explosion would be affecting only to those who mine it. A backfire effect.
An explosion at least 18km across and stong enough to damage a skiff?
And this happens before the chunk is depleted, yes?
Only to those who mine it, that means it is destroying objects that mine it, not acting like smartbombs. And stopping mining is stopping the effect to you.
That means all the gasses would destroy object like mining drone, maybe destroy miners on ship.

Yeah so you and your corp are mining a chunk.
I come in with Venture just as you reach critical mass and I start mining it.
What happens?
You lose your mining drones and miners on ship, them dont as they stop mining because they see whats going on.
