Can’t find any youtube evidence of a legion doing either of these things. I would test myself on singularity, but it takes so long to travel to these places from the market, just to lose my ship, and take 1.5 hrs to get all the way back.

As far as I know the Tengu can do them. A similar fit with should do it also.
Yes I have seen the evidence of Tengus doing them. I also hear of Tengus doing 1k dps. Never heard of a legion doing so much.
Yea I think generally the Tengu’s benefit is shield tank which leaves rooms in the lows for ballistic controls.
I stimulated several legion fits both HAM and energy turrets yet cant go past 800ish dps. Not sure how the tengu does, overheated or not to reach 1k dps.
It is technically possible. This does 995DPS with heat. Granted I needed some expensive implants as well. I’m not a fitting expert by any means, just a quick test. Also ignore the rest of the fit, I was just focusing on damage. I just copied some old fit I already had
It is also possible they used to push that kind of DPS way back before the T3 rebalance. I can’t remember anymore.

man, read the OP title: the question was whether a LEGION, not a tengu, able to do a 10/10. So your tengu fit cannot be the answer…
edit : i understand that you answered to the second part of the last post, which questioned the fact that a tengu can reach +1000 dps
I stimulated the fit with max skills and reached 880 dps overheated without implants, And still no 1000 dps. Guess they must be nerfed. Tried with implants and rached 995 dps. Which IMO they r expensive to have considering the blackout in null.
Long story short:… get a pirate BS for those sites.
This will hit 984 dps (according to Pyfa) with the 2x 5% implants (adds ~200mil to the cost) and heat… I’m not sure if the tank would hold up against a 10/10 though… possible that different rigs/specific hardener could help, I’m not sure. With the CC rig it’s cap stable @ all 5s, which is nice for PVE things but not necessary.

Yes you can do all drone sites 10/10 included with a laser legion.
You can do most DED complexes with a Myrmidon or Dominix just fine.
