Ignoring that the “don’t judge” idea is absolutely mind blowingly stupid US propaganda born out of their lack of empathy, replaced by “morals”, you yourself should find it weird to say one thing while doing the other.
I find it wierd that you cannot seperate what people do with what they are.

Do you judge the person by their words or by their actions?
If the latter, you cannot possibly know beyond a chat forum created for entertainment purposes.
I can have an opinion on Zora the business owner, but I have no ability to judge Zora the person.
Incidently I said “I dont try to judge”.
That should be taken as either I try not to or; I dont need to try. Usually only voice an opinion once the mob has ruled tbh.

Why do you assume I can not. I want not. Because that’s nonsense! You can not pick anything specific of any random person and declare that it is not in some way or form related to who they are, who they want to be, who they wish to represent themselves as, how they behave, how they think. Everything.
There is not a single thought any random person can have, which does not originate from his inner workings. People’s logic is always influenced by ones current emotional state, past emotional state and emotional values.
BOTH! Words are actions too! Literally everything is nothing but a reflection of someones inner states! Why would you ask “or”? Taking apart a person like this is like fragmenting their personality! Someones words reflect someones inner states. Someones actions also reflects their inner states. When words and actions don’t fit together, then that also tells something about that someones inner state.
Seperating “words”, “actions” and “personality” creates questions, instead of answers, and pushes away from an empathic approach! That’s why people are so easily fooled, because words mislead them into accepting certain actions, usually until it’s too late!

Decisions made by z0ra the business owner might be different than the ones made by z0ra the person in respect to how a business needs to be run, but the underlying perspective, viewpoints, interpretations and values are still the same. It is part of the documentary “behind the curve” on Netflix. I have just watched it. They do another experiment with a gyropscope in order to prove the Earth doesn’t rotate. Of course they prove it does rotate. The results of both experiments are not believed.

The solution is, just put every one who gank someone, on suspect Status with the char who did the crime for one Week.

You mean we remove the consequences of low sec status and make them suspect instead?
Why not just let you teleport stuff from Jita to wherever you are, and then you don’t even have to undock?
I probably should have said “pass judgement” rather than judge (measure).
I just don’t understand the whole space part of the game. Buy plex, get Omega, train skills, extract skills, sell on market, trade, why do people even undock??

What will this change?
Most gankers already have a “permanent” worse than suspect status that means the Faction Plod chase them everywhere and allows anybody to shoot them on sight. For those that still have some security status it would be an improvement in that the Faction Plod wouldn’t be chasing them all the time.
Not that many people shoot at suspects, or gankers anyway.
A lot actually.
Currently Tornado gankers can just loiter by using tags to remove their security status penalty, so the only way to get them is to use KR’s. And if they sit next to a station and even on a gate they are difficult to kill.
For my part I would prefer that the tags only applied to the security status from lowsec activities.
You are ignoring those that keep using the tags, I come across certain CODE gankers that do this too.
Some do.
