Looking at current kill volumes across nullsec hotspots, Stain doesn’t appear anywhere near the top activity regions. It never did, but recently its very very very slow.
Stain is simply not generating enough PvE or PvP to attract roamers.
Sansha space used to attract:
Ishtar ratters
T3C ratters
Carrier krabs (back in the day)
Now?
Most krabbing has moved to:
Safer sov null
Pochven
High‑end WHs
So hunters stopped coming, and roamers stopped following the hunters./
Can we please consider generating reasons for folks to travel to Stain and other NPC regions?
The mobile observatory blueprint helped a tiny bit but that was some time ago and NPC has been deeply unloved for many years now.
Can we get some help to improve things just a little?

Probably what Null regions with NPC sovreign should need is Faction Warfare or Faction Warfare like systems, so faction warfarers can play in null too but with sovreign infostructures
Indeed, there was a lot of excitement at the time when FW was getting a rework, feeling the same style would move on to other areas.
There’s a lot of stagnation in many facets that also do not only effect NPC space that could use a rework. Most combat sites do not pay out for time investment, AI diamond rats just are a hindrance and offer no value to game play.
The events actually damage spawn rates of better sigs (Relics, WH’s, 10/10’s) that NPC players rely on.
If specific sites could spawn in NPC like high-end gas, or another way (please don’t touch ratting) to interact with potential officers in combat sites.
Adding new NPC AI strongholds maybe? Like a Sansha variant..
