Can you enter abyssal filaments in a teir 3 cruiser?

Hi,

I would like to know if you can use teir 3 cruisers such as a legion in the abyssal deadspace?

I am a returning olaying and have had fun lossing all of my navy/pirate cruisers in t2/t3 deadspace and am thinking of training for t3 legion.
