Can you run the precursor ships in regular missions

hey folks,

coming back to the game and skilling up for all the new (to me) ships. can the new ships be run in missions?

thanks in advance

Im pretty sure they can, but other ships will do it better.

Ikis and Dreks are strong in PVP Fleets, The Leshaks like to chew on some EHP (bashing POS, Incursion, WH PVE, killing capitals). None of that is super helpful in Lvl 4 missions, where you like to select your dmg type and have many lower HP targets.

yes you can use the trig ships just like any other ships.

the iki can do 250 DPS @52km (mystic), 360 DPS @21km (before spoolup), with a tracking of 50.
while tanking capstable 240 EHP/s and with 10mn active. Also a web just to kill pesky drones.
you can replace the 10mn with a 50mn but then you lose capstability unless you fit a cap rig. Which you can.

fit
[Ikitursa, INVADERS MUST DIE]
Entropic Radiation Sink II
Corpum C-Type Medium Armor Repairer
Corpum C-Type Medium Armor Repairer
Reactive Armor Hardener
Entropic Radiation Sink II
Imperial Navy Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane

Thukker Large Cap Battery
Federation Navy Stasis Webifier
Domination 50MN Microwarpdrive
Tracking Computer II

Heavy Entropic Disintegrator II

Medium Auxiliary Nano Pump II
Medium Capacitor Control Circuit II

Occult M x500
Mystic M x500
Optimal Range Script x1

What you want to do is to bling the ERS first (reduce the fire delay as much as possible to increase the spool faster), then the 50mn. TC if you want.MAR if you want but that’s expensive to bling.

Yes all precursor ships expect logi can solo missions.

And are useful in fleet mission also, due to their remote armour logi bonus. Not uncommon for a Trig ship to mount 1 or more remote reps.

I’ve been doing lvl4 and wormhole sites with Leshaks and down to vedmak.

Just need to know their limitations and bonuses, and find solutions for between the two.
