Same problem.

Same issue sadly, contact support.

This is what they said:

Thank you for contacting EVE Player Experience.

Please try these steps and let me know if you are able to log in.

1. log into our web https://secure.eveonline.com/ directly
2. keeping this page open, log in to STEAM launcher
3. click on the account management button
4, enter https:// instead of http://

Our website developers are aware of this issue and are working on a fix, but hopefully, this helps in the meantime.

Thank you for your patience!

Sadly, this doesn’t work as a workaround

Same issue here as well =( Trying to buy some PLEX. How much $$ is this costing them? Topic is 24d old!

Just curious, what location does it say? For me it’s cloudflare location: detroit

I’m pretty sure this is related to being an account that was created through Steam. I just logged into my non-steam account and there everything is working fine :weary:

Seriously, how much work can this be to fix :expressionless:

Yeah apparently not related to location since i just tried chicago and san fran using a vpn and got the same results. However, my account is not through steam. I wonder if it’s when the account was created? The account i am trying to use now is 16 years old.

Has there been a solution to this, pretty poor really they want customers to pay for this service and yet they can’t because it’s broken? My account is since 2009, and never used it through steam so, i’ve tried clearling cache etc, using incognito mode but nothing works.

Having the same issues but ironically only when trying to resub.

Guess they hate money lol

Guess there is no update on this? I’m still having the issue now on both steam and normal accounts

So broken

Still getting the same issue.

Update: Works via PayPal. Realize not everyone uses it but if you do it’s a work around.
