So basically trying the Relic Analyser triggers message:

But attempting to open the cargo triggers
"Opening container requires specialized tools (again, paraphrasing)
I have a video but it’s trapped in Steam "Game Recording " - It would appear they didn’t envisage Steam Deck players would want those videos to permeate their Steam account the same way Meta Oculus app works but hey ho.
