There are times in the day when my cat wants to watch my morning routine and he just out stares me.

I sometimes slow blink back at him to return that gesture and look away as to show that he has the power.

I think cats do that like sitting right on my feet as to kind of pin me down to gain possession of a specific situation.

I guess other cat owners can comment how a dominant feline would mind control their owner?

Note he has two water bowls and I place ice cubes each morning into his fresh bowls of water. So I keep his water cool and his food in the fridge as he manages the warmer weather here.
