I never had that assumption. Probably not all the metrics are shared between CCP asreas. Sometimes in my own work, my customers ask for metrics other people in the business have. I talk about an idea, nver imply they dont have anything, but think, that metric can be useful, and dont matter if they have or not have it.

- you can already see account creation date and amount of money spent AND last time you spent money in your account management (transaction history) and thats stuff they allow you to see. Data can be easily aggregated and combined/transformed into whatever metric they need.
- The very suggestion to add something implies that they dont have it already.

And the idea of use a metric to check the effect in payed accounts. ( In the cyno threads i am seeing many people asking if CCP is trying to cash out an insurance policy.)

@ramona_mccandless No, i say CCP maybe want check that metric. Your affirmation is false. As example , I spent 2100 USD aprox without problems last three years. Can be useful the dat for CCP. Not needed for anymore. Maybe someone here dont show support paying to CCP in cash, but the support to cash can be measured for them, by them, and not have meaning for me and i dont ask, need or want know / not interest if some can can pay a subscription or not.
