You my friend sound so upset lol. I not complaining about the DDOS as thats come and gone. My complaint is with the lack of CCP’s updates and communications to the chat channel problem that has been going on for so long. The DDOS was not CCP’s fault and i hope they catch the shits that do it.
I am not upset. I am not the one who makes threads about things that bother me. The reason is that I am not being bothered by such silly things, as I have an actual life with actual real world problems, just like every other normal person.
What you want is silly. All you will be getting is the same update over and over again, it being “We are working on it.” Your idea is just a waste of time and achieves nothing. Even if they attempted pleasing you and the rest of the silly crowd who believes they are entitled to anything, eventually someone of this very crowd would demand more information simply because the updates aren’t being enough.
The only update that truly matters is them telling us that things are okay again. Everything else, which covers the whole spectrum of “things not being okay”, we already can see all by ourselves by being unable to log on, by not being logged into the chats and by all the complaints by people who are unable to log on.

Never said anything about being able to log on. I guess in your real world, communication isnt a thing ??
It would take 1 person no more than 5 mins to give an update and show that CCP are trying and not ignoring their player base like they normally do. Last time i checked they had made 1 comment on their thread in 24rs.
I feel like you do not actually understand what you will be getting. You will be getting “We are still working on it.”, because that is all they can do. If the same message over and over again is what you are asking for, then you are nothing but a silly fool.
Such updates give you literally nothing but hope, which tells me that you are an addict. Addicts need help, not access to a virtual world. If you can’t live with the situation, then maybe you should reconsider the priorities in your life.
I wish I could get it into your thick skull that even this thread only aims at you feeling better. It is like a cry for help, hoping that CCP lets you know when you can play again. You deserve pitty.

Assuming there are no bugs mimicking DDoS mitigation, there are clear anti-DDoS measures now on the game itself. It could be that chat is a bit harder to mitigate.
No YOU (and everyone spitting venom on these forums) are the worst, for demanding to know every detail for every minute… If your cable services go down do you call your provider every hour bugging them for an update? Have some patience you intolerant ****
