CCP, balance the game please

There is a reason that PvP is 90% Amarr, they have the best armor tank and shield is easy to break. It would be cool to see a more varied fleet makeup. I may be wrong and any one feel to correct me.

cam post?

What? You are kidding right?

Top ships on zkillboard rankings (and they are consistently like this every week)

Amarr suck heaps of cap and are slow (Malediction aside). They are far from the most used and definitely not the most dominant.

But, I’d be interested to see where you gather that 90% figure from.

Trying to think when I last saw an Amarr ship in fleet…
Different organisations have different doctines.

I can assure you. Amarr are not the one and only current meta, that was cute, but it’s just not accurate.

I wish the OP was true… but itsvery very clearly not.

Im just guessing the poster is a WH dweller and has an aversion to Legions.

What about this? https://zkillboard.com/ship/17720/

This here thread shows the difference between perception and reality. I read the OP and I asked my self if this was 2012, because it would have to be to see good Amarr pvp ships :grinning:

What about in Wormhole space?

Yeah. You’re asleep and dreaming of years ago when Abaddons were the ■■■■ for fleet PvP.

We love legions, for the record

Few ships in the game are entirely worthless. And an unpopular ship flown well is always better than the flavor-of-the-month, flown poorly.

WH space is a cornucopia of different doctrines, kitchen sink fleets, different combinations of skill/preference/corp culture that results in a plethora of possibilities. Ammar options run the gamut from cheap Nano-omens to shiny Guardian/Legion fleets.

The point is, right tool for the right application. No ship is perfect in every case, and you can find an effective use-case for almost any ship, ammar or otherwise.

Uhm ok?

Did they ever give them missiles? Its been three years since I had one.

oh you sweet summer child

The recent rebalance was pretty good to Legions imo. I highly recommend giving the ship another go with the new assault optimization subsystem. I think you’ll enjoy it

I’m slightly confused OP. Did you post that link as an example of a dominant Amarr ship?

If so, Angel Cartel is Minmatar/Gallente, not Amarrian.

Thanks, I shall give it a look

For fleet ops I haven’t used an Amarr ship since…well crap I think since sniper HACs fell out of favor–i.e. years ago.

Shhh…
Dont make me duct-tape your mouth…

Ahem. Minnie ships are crap!
Plz buff!

That Sabre is at the top by a wide margin is interesting.
