actualy they are by gm power trying to move all the mining to hi sec so they can validate the wardec mechanic failure by feeding the miners to the hisec war griefers that could be turned off by the PK switch of not having structures in space.

I too would like to PVP without Cap blobs all the time but i donāt think nerving the most active playerbase to the ground does anythin for this goal and will only shrink the number of players in this game.

The lack of risk in the first place was apparently what this was about, according to CCP.
No, they are bringing Isk to the PLEX market, not the other way around. And the less demand there is, the more chance the drop in PLEX price will be reversed, which is good.
