5 years ago if you said ccp would add INSTANCED PVP you would be laughed at, trolled, ignored, cussed at, and silenced.

Yet now? ITS FREAKING FINE AND DANDY FOR CCP TO KILL THE SANDBOX AND ADD INSTANCED PVP?

There is no such thing as “instanced pvp”, only an extra option for Abyssal Space.
Where no one else can interfere and only if you are lucky and find the trace, you can dunk these miserable wretches when they come back.
