CCP Support Link and Email Verification Is WTF

Trying to log a ticket because CCP failed to deliver a redeemed Code managed to fumble my way through Account Linkage (wtf), now find that the account (in Support only) is linked to an email address five years old removed even though my Account is on the Correct Email.

Am I supposed to log a ticket (somehow) now to fix the email which was changed years ago to log a ticket for the original problem?

Just a tad over this.

Send an email from the correct email on file to support@eveonline.com and they will be able to resolve the support webportal side.
