What I’d like to know is why isn’t there any Capsuleer Day Apparel items available in the event login rewards?
Now that I think about it, there hasn’t been any implemented in the past couple of years. So far only five years of Capsuleer Day Apparel has been issued ranging from Capsuleer Day XV to Capsuleer Day XIX…
And this year marks the celebration of Capsuleer Day XXI

I mistakenly included the Elite Apparel and forgot to include Capsuleer Day XIX… Post is now corrected…

That’s a good question to which I have no answer, DeMichael. Maybe a guess.
Probably because the apparels sell so well, many being hot items, that it wouldn’t make business sense to give them away.
Some of them cost many many PLEX.
I noticed that the rewards only have to do with gameplay, even the SKINS.
Apparels are cosmetic for the capsuleers and have nothing to do with gameplay or gameplay visuals.
Short answer: I don’t know, lol
