So citadels are always vulnerable now on the shield timer, so they can be attacked at any time. However, the orange ‘vulnerable’ coloring on the docking ring and docking lights should go back to their regular blueish colors since this is now a permanent state.
Save the neat orange docking status rings/light for when the structure has lost shields or is under an armor or hull timer.
