Why does the chameleon miss out on the 4% bonus to shield resistances that all other guristas ships have? The whiptail has T2 resists AND the 4% per level guristas resists. Since ecm is useless now why not fix the chameleon?
This is a problem that only affects literally like 10 people. Before CCP fixes an “issue” that affects 10 people, id rather they fix an issue that affects a thousand.

Also, why would you jam someone first, and shoot them last? It’s not like they can’t shoot you back anymore.
