Champions of LowSec - New EVE Online PvP Event - Organized by CCP - reference to an earlyer event

Hello fellow capsuleers,

So CCP has just announced a brand-new event, namely the “Champions of LowSec”. The reference an earlyer event in 2013, which was way before I even started playing EVE. The rulers, mechanics and rewards are described in the dev-blog linked below.

So you guys have any thoughts or opinions on this?

They messed with some sliders.

The incentives to participate aren’t all that great, but I’m glad that they’re trying. Hopefully, it will result in more people getting out there and fighting.
