Character Decorations Titles & Plex for Good

Hello All,

I really enjoy that we got the opportunity “Plex for Good” ( PLEX For Good | EVE Online ) available to support real issues in the real world and while it is available it is likely not known to many. Enabling some Kind of ingame link would be fantastic in my Point of view and would provide even more donations toward it.

Participation is not a charitable donation by you for tax purposes and CCP ehf. shall be the donor of record, however being able to Showcase that you donated towards it would be a nice addition to the game.

The new Character Decorations Titles, which is advertised with “Showcase Your Achievements - Every capsuleer has a story. Now you can display it. With titles and achievements, your journey is displayed, marking what you’ve done, pointing toward what comes next, and letting the universe know exactly who they’re dealing with. - Every moment in your journey, the victories, the disasters, all of it, deserves recognition. What will your first title be?”, (ref The Cradle of War Expansion is Here | EVE Online ), which to be honest did not turn out as I would have immagined it (with a flickering Symbol on the chest in the Character display), however it is as it is…

On some plex for good Events some ingame accessories were given out (e.g. virtual Humanitarian Sisters of EVE T-shirts), however how about combining it with the new Character Decorations Titles as well? I believe a more visible ingame title and maybe the extra of free SP or similar rewards?

500 Plex - Donor - x SP, Item Z
5000 Plex - Big Donor - xx SP, item W
50000 PLEX - Generous donor - xxx SP, item Y

(Think of better titles please :wink: )

Please, make the title optional. Not everyone like wearing them on their sleeves.

While you are at it, make the achievement points optional.

Goods != Good

therefore PLEX For Goods != PLEX For Good

PLEX For Goods sounds like a greedy RMT operation. You might want to correct it everywhere in your post.

I’d prefer it if we didn’t banalize helping out in such a way as to make it a ‘‘mine is bigger than yours’’ contest.

Not my experience.

Titles are optional anyways, you can equip them as you like and unequip as well,like the good old medal decorations that are either public or private.
