I want to ask Ccp if they want to think over the idea of making Plex For Good available at anytime, so that any player can donate his Plex to a chosen Ngo. There could be an integrated ingame window for this purpose, where a player can choose the Ngo he wants donate his Plex.

I think that is a good idea but the NGO should be chosen collectively by the playerbase. It encourages community and raises awareness about NGOs some might not be familiar with.
