I found another way to determine if a player is a bot.
Upon a neutral entering a FW plex site, the neutral becomes suspect. As soon as the suspect neutral lands, the bot program reads the security status of the ship and if suspect, the warp out is triggered.
The same bot program, however, does not distinguish between being locked up as a hostile act that would trigger a warp out.
The program for FW Tretyi is Gallente/Faction War/Warp Triggered when suspect ship is 5,000m to 10km away. But does not trigger a warp out when locked up by a friendly FDU ship.
