Chat disconnects and Reconnects. Constant annoyance for a week now

This is greatly effecting my gameplay because it delays local player list. Do I have to wait a month for a response to this problem? With a 20$ a month price tag, support should be responding within 24 hours. What’s the deal with chat?

Good chat servers just aren’t in the budget, sorry. Purchase a few store packs this time, and we’ll try again in 2023.

Submitted a bug report three days ago with the requested information-no reply. Is CCP on vacation for the new years still?

Drew I did submit a bug report-when I click your link it takes me directly to the “My Bug Reports” page on CCP’s official support page: https://community.eveonline.com/support/bug-reports/my-bug-reports/ Is this in error? I submitted the bug report through EVE’s in game program.
