local and other chat works on same service , if the service is borking , all channel going to be broken.
Well, in-game notification is not very useful when you can’t log in the game for a response error of sort. Its been like 2 days for me.

Quick question. Are you guys going to be looking at the possibility of getting the old chat system back due to the amount of chat system troubles we have had since this was implemented?

I painted all this morning so I could chill out on EVE for a few hours.

Also if I move now to restart painting the pug is going to be very unhappy ! ! !

Even when you can login partially you maybe could compute some reliability index based on connect response times.
Other in game metrics could also be used to give players some insight in the games current health. Something like an in-game Windows Reliability Monitor.
ATM local chat is the only issue I see and maybe a bit sluggish response. So at least one service isn’t performing as it should.

Jumped to Jita.
Stuck in Jump tunnel.
Everything was kind of loading slowly.
My probe warped half sideways unti l it reoriented itself towards the destination.
Not sure if my connection or the server is at fault.
CCP will read this for sure because it has a RED DOT!
Relogged again on 3 toons 2 in same system 1 in next system, local showing same character in both systems lol WTF!!!

OK, Launcher just completed verifying all downloaded files in ‘Shared Cache’.
75705 index entries processed (0 corrupt)
75849 files processed (144 extra files deleted)
Now to log in my 4 Omega accounts and see if anything has changed.
EDIT:
All 4 accounts logged in, all chat channels are working.

Crazy Krabik is in 2 systems at once, i have relogged and restarted pc and it still is like that!!
Not sure if there is a relation, but verifying the cache and having the tool delete some extra’s delivers me 100 & 47 & 8 people in local (as kind of expected) in local for three pilots in different systems.
Two pilots in the same system have both the same pilots in local.
Still hard to check if the numbers are correct.
I have just done the Verify on the shared Cache 3k odd files puged and local is now working
