Hello. On all my clients when I click “Log off” from the settings menu my computer freezes and I am forced to hold the power button down on my laptop to force a shutdown. My current workaround is that I have to open my Task Manager and click End Task on EVE Online every time I want to quit the game.
I am running Windows 10 Home 64-bit on an MSI GL62 6QF gaming laptop. nVidia drivers are up-to-date (version: 431.60). Anything I can do to fix this?
Uninstall game and play outside… 
I assume you’re playing in fullscreen? If so, this has been a known issue for a while. Certain Users can experience a hard freeze when closing a fullscreen client. The most common workaround is to change to a fixed window before you log out; though closing the application via the task manager, as you did before, should work as well.
