Hey I went to open up an old account and the names I’d given the clones are gone! Replaced with “Gallente Citizen” and a bunch of numbers.
What’s up with that?
I’ve been away from the game for a year or two -did I miss something?
How do I rename them?
A couple years ago CCP force-released the names of all the inactive accounts.
To rename it, either look around in the character sheet for a “rename the character” option, or try the customization button in one of the NPC stations (not citadel), or if none of these options do it, create a petition ticket and they’ll enable the rename option for you at the next login.
I just wanted to add that it was only trial accounts that were more than a year old and had never subscribed.
